    "content": " Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, I wish to congratulate the Minister and Members of the Departmental Committee on Agriculture, Livestock and Cooperatives for the reforms taking place in the tea sector. This is a sector that is doing very well. Farmers are energised and I believe this will go a long way. Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, let me take this opportunity to recognise the effort by hon. Kones and his understanding of the proposal by the Committee that we make progress and leave room for adjustments and consideration of his amendments. I really wish to record our appreciation for that effort."
