Speaker, in accordance with the provisions of Standing Order No. 136(3) I beg to move: THAT, the Motion be amended by inserting the words, “subject to recommittal of the Long Title and Clauses 4, 7, 11, 12, 14 and 32.” I said it on Tuesday and I will say it again. I am moving this amendment because I have received several requests from Members, the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs and other Members of this House indicating the desire to introduce amendments under these five clauses and the Long Title. I ask Hon. Chepkong’a to second."
