    "content": "Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs and the one from the Leader of the Majority Party, I have approved other proposed amendments. Some of them were referring to some sections about dates and some county stuff. In order for us to move with decorum and also to maintain the traditions and the precedents that have been established, we must get to see what actually transpired in the Committee. If it is a question of Members having sat and moved, that is a different matter. We will make a decision on that, but the Committee must show to have made a decision. The way a decision is made is with adoption of a report. That is our tradition. That is what we provide in our Standing Orders."
