    "content": "Currently, we have a looming disaster in northern Kenya and that is drought. In my constituency, more than half of the population is facing a disaster of lack of food because they depend wholly on livestock. There is no water and grass for the livestock. People are shifting from one place to another. Young children and elderly people have no food because they depend wholly on livestock."
