    "content": "My appeal is that the Government of Kenya moves very fast and provides relief food to our people in big quantities and to look at the issue of livestock off-take. This is because they are becoming very weak. There is no market and goats and cows cannot be sold. We need the Government to put aside some money for livestock off-take. Currently only a few animals are bought, about 1,000. What can make a difference is maybe buying more than 10,000 animals in those areas."
