    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. As I said these were highly qualified Kenyans. However, what we questioned was the integrity of the nomination process. We felt the institutions that were supposed to nominate these individuals were not used. The nominees were just handpicked and that is contrary to the Climate Change Act and our laws.
