    "content": "The Cabinet Secretary (CS) must consider seriously that the Members of this House are very passionate about the National Government Constituencies Development Fund (NG-CDF) and would like to ensure that the resources that have been allocated to go to secondary schools and all the other facilities are available. I want to thank them for ensuring that at least NG-CDF funds are now with the NG-CDF Board and the only money that needs to be interrogated is that allocated to secondary schools in our constituencies. With those many remarks, thank you Hon. Speaker."
