    "content": "The NG-CDF has been allocated about Kshs25 billion. This is a good thing. We are assured that the NG-CDF is going to continue. Having been the precursor of devolution and still contributing tremendously towards the welfare of our people it is, indeed, a good thing. We can rest assured that probably it is going to stay. It provides additional funds to the counties."
