On this Order Paper, one of the biggest issues which we must deal with is this Budget even if we do nothing else. We want to request you not to entertain us to do wrong to the Budget especially the Budget that is going to give us campaign money. We are going to contribute. Sitting here, we will also have our chance as the Minority Party to tell Jubilee what is with the Budget. We will also tell the nation. That is the right procedure. I do not even think it is right that you can call for the end of that debate procedurally. It is about the Budget. Unless speakers run out, Hon. Gichigi cannot imagine that the Mover would be called upon to reply, but maybe with just a little more experience, we will guide him. Thank you."
