    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. We have been deliberating on this matter since morning and we have heard several Members reading Standing Order Nos. 29, 30 and 256. I urge you to give us a ruling because even if we debate and read all the Standing Orders, we must have a ruling at the end of the day. It is already 8.00 p.m. and if it gets to midnight with this argument, then we will have reached the end of the day. That means we will have lost the debate of a very important amendment we need to pass."
