Each one of us should sit down and when called upon they stand and state whether they vote “Yes”, “No” or “Abstain”. Did you realize that the Senate Minority Leader, Sen. Khaniri and some other Senators were seated when we started voting? They never voted “Yes”, “No” or “Abstain.” They just kept walking to the toilet and coming back.
