    "content": "I would like to bring to the attention of the Chair that following what transpired in the National Assembly, a number of suits are in the High Court. What we are doing now, it should not be surprising that it will attract suits in the High Court. Therefore, one of the strongest grounds that a Kenyan will use is that at 2.30 p.m. today, there is no Sitting. This Sitting does not exist. Kindly listen to the Office of the Clerk. When the Office of the Clerk heard you adjourn the House, they dismantled our desks in the usual manner and thought that we had gone. They did not do that out of ignorance.
