    "content": "The issue here is what constitutes a Special Sitting. Is it one continuous sitting including the Committee, which is not the case or is it more sittings within the same sitting? The operational word is “but,” which is the opposite of the provision given. It is the opposite of ‘continuous’. It means we can break; it is simple English. To be honest, there is no major issue.
