    "content": "So many other countries have attempted to roll out the network all over the country. A good example is Ethiopia which has covered all its borders. Because of these threats, I propose that the Committee on National Security and Foreign Relations be part of this whole process. The Committee will bring their arguments. We have seen Safaricom Limited structures destroyed in parts of this country. We want them to be part of this. Thank you."
