    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to move, the debate on the dilatory Motion moved by Sen. Sang be adjourned until we receive a report from the leadership of the House. That Standing Order is to allow somebody, like I am doing, to move a dilatory Motion which means that you suspend debate on a Motion that has been moved, seconded and proposed by the Chair. The Chair had already proposed. So, I move that we adjourn debate on the Sen. Sang Motion."
