(a) What are the circumstances surrounding the repeated withdrawals or transfers of Judges hearing election petitions, especially in relation to the petitions for Kamukunji and Kitutu Masaba Constituencies? (b) What measures is the Ministry taking to ensure that Judicial officers, particularly the Chief Justice and the concerned Judges discharge their Constitutional mandate without fear or favour?"
