(a) Is the Minister aware that the National Youth Service (NYS) has illegally encroached on and fenced off land belonging to 250 families in Mtongwe in Likoni? (b) Is the Minister also aware that the community has lived in that area for 200 years and that the National Youth Service has only been there for 40 years? (c) What steps is the Minister taking to ensure that the National Youth Service does not encroach on the community land? Could the Minister assure the House that the fence will be moved to the previous boundary?"
