    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, there is an issue of contention here where one group, the NYS, has been there for 40 years and the other one claims to have been there for 200 years. We know that in our Constitution ownership of land is in three categories. It is either in trust by the county council or the local authority, private or Government hold. Could we know from the Minister whether that plot was held in trust by the people of that place or it was a Government land before the issuance of the title deed so that we can know who has lived there for many years?"
