    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I need to verify that because the information I have is that the leasehold that was given to the NYS is for 99 years and I am yet to establish when it was issued. I think it is on that title deed. However, it is a leasehold land for 99 years. That means that it either belonged to the municipal council or the Government. I am not very sure about that but I can check."
