    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I gave the chronology of events towards the issuance of the court orders for the two parties to maintain the status quo until the case is determined by the High Court. Mr. Speaker, Sir, before the expiry of the court orders on 24th, the AP moved in and moved one party on 23rd. On 24th, the lawyer of the pastoralists went to the High Court and obtained these orders. On 25th, the court orders were served to the DC and the AP Commandant, and this is indicated in the document."
