    "content": " Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. This Question was on the Floor of this House three weeks ago. In consultation with the hon. Member, we decided to hold a consultative meeting between the Ministry of Agriculture, the millers, the growers and the KSB, so that we could come up with a comprehensive answer. However, as of now, the concerned parties have not yet signed the MOU which we need to enforce. Therefore, I would like to seek the indulgence of the House, so that we revisit this Question next week on Tuesday in the afternoon."
