This is because the procedure of the House states that in the first sitting of the First Session of the House, the only business to be transacted is the formation of the HBC. After the House has approved this Committee, under your chairmanship, it goes to form the business of the House beginning tomorrow. I am sure they will first deal with the calendar of the House and list the business beginning tomorrow morning. It is just the old HBC because we only have 29 weeks to the end of the life of this Parliament. As the leadership of the House, we thought that for continuity purposes, we will allow these Members to finish the business of the 11th Parliament. I want to urge the House to approve these names so that they can immediately move to come up with the business of the House. I beg to move and ask Hon. Mwadeghu to second."
