    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I rise to say that I am delighted to support the Motion. We are in the last session and many of these Members have served with distinction. I know it is the campaign season. It is also during the month when many members are working hard to register voters and meet the targets as we prepare for 8th August, 2017. But they will have to find a way to balance the important duties of this House and other competing commitments out there. It is a great thing. I see on this list a special Member that I serve with in the Departmental Committee on Education, Research and Technology, Hon. Cecilia Ngetich, who is listed as number 15. I want to celebrate her because last year she came with a Bill on engineers and technicians, and that has helped streamline that sector in a very impactful way. She was also recognised recently by the Technical University of Kenya which awarded her honorary doctorate. That is great news to celebrate from a colleague that I have worked closely with, and who shares an office next to me. They will continue their good work."
