    "content": "Finally, let me add my voice on the Supplementary Budget, especially on the National Government Constituencies Development Fund (NG-CDF). We remember that there was an amount which was slashed by the courts, but something was done about it. Some schools which were supposed to benefit from this kitty, particularly secondary schools are suffering because we are yet to put up classrooms there and yet they have already admitted Form One class. I have evidence; some of the principals in my constituency have called to tell me that they have no classrooms for the new students. Therefore, let us expedite this matter so that this money can be released as fast as possible because there are children out there who do not have anywhere to sit, as we speak. The faster we do this, the better for our children."
