    "content": "I do not know if you can hear me, Hon. Speaker. I know Members have missed each other, but I wish they could lower their discussions. I want to confirm that I am one of those Hon. Members Hon. Mwadeghu was talking about. This is my last Session in this House. There are two categories, there are those who will not come back on purpose and there are those who are going for other positions. For instance, I will go for the position of governor. However, there are others who will not come back not out of their own will, but by the will of the people. So, I would like to wish all of them all the best, whether you do not come back because you have won elsewhere or whether you have not come back because people do not appreciate the work you have been doing.
