    "content": "Thank you. I am properly guided, Hon. Speaker. In fact, I will be moving, through the Committee where I sit, to have the CS summoned to explain this anomaly. I wanted to conclude by reiterating the importance of this HBC. Even though the HBC sets the agenda of the House, it must be made to understand that it must use its discretion prudently. The House Business Committee must, in the performance of its functions, act prudently for the interest of the nation. We are aware that there are Reports which have been lying idle in the House. They were tabled long time ago. These Reports have never been scheduled for debate in this House for almost four-and-a-half years now. One such report is the Report of the Truth, Justice and Reconciliation Commission (TJRC).
