    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker, for the opportunity. I would like to support this Motion because most of these Members are very active members of this Committee. We have seen what they have done, therefore I support this great team. As Kenyans, there is something which we have to know: Kenya is greater than any one of us. As we approach the elections of this year, as leaders, it is our duty to make sure that Kenya is peaceful everywhere. We do not want to see what happened in 2007/2008. Most Kenyans suffered because of the loose talk from most leaders of this nation. In the countryside, there are a lot of problems. Some people have a lot of water problems. Some people have no food. The Government has to do extra work to make sure that most of these areas are given enough food. Areas like Baringo, those people have a big problem. There is no water. It is the responsibility of this Government to make sure these Kenyans get water like any other Kenyans. Hon. Speaker, I support."
