    "content": "On 25th October, 2016, the Commission placed an advertisement inviting qualified persons to submit their applications for consideration for appointment as Clerk of the National Assembly. The advertisement was circulated internally and also placed externally in newspapers of the national circulation as required by the law. At the close of the application period, that was on 8th November, 2016 a total of five applications had been received."
