    "content": "Most Members here are not aware that Mr. Sialai wrote a Master’s thesis when he was very young and it formed part of the authorities which are quoted today internationally in the cases relating and regarding historical injustice against the Talai people of Tinderet. That thesis is used at the International Criminal Court (ICC). I am not a friend of the ICC and I will never be because of the historical injustice ICC has committed against many people. The thesis written by one Michael Rotich Sialai is one of the records which are being used."
