    "content": "Yes, I am on a point of order. I rise pursuant Standing Order No. 95, that the Mover be now called upon to reply. The reason being, I am seated next to Hon. Kamama. You know there is a very important Motion that we must debate. As you have listened very carefully which I have seen you have been doing Hon. Speaker, everybody has been supporting, including that one who has not spoken by the name of Hon. John Mbadi, my very good friend. In fact, when I stood, he acknowledged and said “that is the right thing to do.” Therefore, would I be right to request you to call upon the Mover to reply? I thank you."
