In particular, Clause 12 of the Bill provides the procedure through which the county governments may engage and come up with proposals for approval. Our country requires joint effort from both private and public sectors to develop faster than it is doing today. I want to thank the Mover of the Bill and I want to encourage the House to support this Bill so that we also make sure that we see development across the country and not in Nairobi alone.
