    "content": "I call the Public Private Partnership the 3Ps. It will be important in keeping our economy in line with the country’s Vision 2030, which is to make Kenya a middle income economy. We can do this by inviting public and private investors to our economy. Our country has generally attracted a lot of attention in the past from private enterprises. We now have 47 counties, and I wish that at some point in time, we will be able to judge all of them on how well they have done. This will make the counties that are lagging behind pull up their socks."
