    "content": "Having a private investor coming to your county will increase opportunities for your area and the economy will grow. The PPP will help the private sector by giving it access to secure long-term investments. You can have private partners who want to multiply their profits and this will give them the opportunity to grow their investments. It is actually opportune for both parties; that is the private and the public sector. We also have to remember that private sectors come on board with some expertise which the public sector does not have. This merger between the public and private sectors brings out better use of local resources in the economy."
