    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. Where are the police, the chiefs and the other security apparatus? These are people who are paid. They have developed what is called “a do not care attitude”. They earn salaries but do not want to work. They are ever complaining that they want promotion or want to be transferred from one station to another. This is because we are not serious as a society. If we are a serious society and Government, the people in the village will not suffer."
