It goes without saying that a Private Member’s Bill is just as important as any other Bill sponsored by either political parties or committees of the House. The guidelines on timing given here are also important in the sense that the House needs to operate within a timeframe. But more importantly, the House still has leave to vary this timelines, if and when necessary. Therefore, I wish to second."
