    "content": "I come from Kilifi County where the preference in terms of sexual offences is quite high. If you walk into any police station today, you will find that there are very many cases relating to sexual offences. If you also walk into our courts, right from my constituency to Malindi Constituency, you will find that the entire court list is made up of sexual offences. If you walk to our prisons today, you will find very many boys, some convicted while others still in remand for these offences."
