    "content": "That is why as I was going through this amendment Bill, I was interested with Section 40C which seeks to talk about public awareness. I think we seriously need to look at ways in which we can prevent some of these things. This is because depending on where you are, there are times when the parents of the boy who is probably a suspect of having committed a sexual offence will come to you. At the same time, the parents of the girl who is the victim will equally come to you. If you listen to both sides, you will find that there is a problem in the law.
