Florence Mutua was trying to address by amending the definition of “indecent act” in Clause 2(a)(ii) where she says “exposure or display of any genital organs, breasts or buttocks or pornographic material to any person against his or her will.” What you have passionately spoken to is part of what she is trying to address, which was not in the substantive law.
