We have had cases where individuals who have defiled children and underage girls have been taken to police stations, but they negotiate and get their way out. We have had people who even marry underage girls. Therefore, this Bill is good. It has good intentions and I support it. Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker."
