Look at Pan-African Paper Mills, it stands on 300 acres, and then the factory itself and yet they have bought it at Kshs900 million. Then you say: “What is wrong with Kenya of today?” I support this amendment because it is going to save public money, public investment and the economy of this country can be seen to be working out."
