    "content": "Going back to the Bill, the issue of the composition of the Board is well addressed. It talks of reduction of the number from 11 to seven commissioners. I believe this is a good thing. Why would you need a large Board of 11 where some people will disappear in that Board? They may not play a critical role. We need this seven so that they do not become a big burden to the taxpayers."
