    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I heard the Minister indicate that he is going to request for more funds. For the information of this House, the Kenya Women Parliamentary Association (KEWOPA) has just done its gender audit of the work of the TJRC. One of the things that have come out is that the TJRC does not have enough resources to enable them employ qualified persons to take into account issues of sexual and gender-based crimes, especially in areas where, because of religious and other issues, there are issues which are not easily spoken of. Could the Minister consider, in the budget that he is going to request for, prioritising issues of persons with special expertise to deal with those issues?"
