I think the point to make is that the entire law should be implemented even as we seek to align that which we want to align in this Bill. Hon. Deputy Speaker, the National Police Service Act seeks to be amended as well to define a member of the Service meaning a police officer from the Kenya Police Service, Administration Police Service or the Directorate of Criminal Investigation (DCI), Special Police, the National Police Reserve and any other service established under this Act. All of those are sought to be brought under the ambit of the National Police Service Act. The point to note is that in the reforms of this country, a time must come when we only have one National Police Service.
