    "content": "I also support the Water Act, 2016 on the extraction of sea water. Those people who extract water from the sea for purposes of salt extraction should not be taxed double because it will discourage others who may want to invest in that particular sector. I support these amendments with reservations especially on the areas I have stated dealing with sexual offences."
