    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. The devil lives in the detail. After receiving the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Amendments) Bill, we have to be very careful. This is the time when many of the authorities charged with the duty of proposing legislation bring what can be termed as mischievous legislation. If they are not properly scrutinised, we will find ourselves with a lot of pieces of legislation which can neither be enforced or are entirely unconstitutional."
