    "content": "I have looked at this Bill and I am happy that it was signed by the Leader of the Majority Party, Hon. Duale, for the first time. Before, this Bill was signed by the Attorney-General (AG), he never understood that his role in the Constitution ended at advising the Government. He still thought that he would propose legislation. Luckily, the Leader of the Majority Party has taken up his role meaning that legislation is done by this Chamber. That is the only good thing about this Bill and the rest is subject to debate."
