In my understanding, the TJRC was formed to investigate historical injustices and it is not indicated anywhere that it was meant to look at the Moi’s regime. Is the hon. Khalwale in order to mislead this House to the extent that the work of TJRC is to investigate retired President Moi? I thought it was supposed to investigate everything, even up to the NARC Government."
