    "content": "Thank you. The last point that I want to make is the one Hon. T.J. Kajwang’ raised. I am not a lawyer, but I agree with what Hon. T.J. Kajwang’ has said regarding the law profession. Students going to the Law School take a long time to get their qualifications. At the end of the course, they are admitted either to the Bench or the Bar. At the same time, for the advocates, particularly, it is not fair to restrict, as Hon. T. J. Kajwang’ has said. You might, after some time, want to take a break. If it is going to have a lot of unnecessary conditions such that by the time you want to make a comeback you find very many hurdles, I believe what Hon. Kajwang’ has said is that the years of training go into the head. But, at the same time, the aspect of advocates giving free services needs to be brought on board. It is going to help the common"
