    "content": "This is very important because of the experience we have had in the recent past when the Chief Justice and Deputy Chief Justice were retiring. There was a challenge on the age of retirement of the Deputy Chief Justice. It became very difficult on how we were going to handle that position. But, this Bill will address that position and we should even go further and make sure that even the appointment of the Chief Justice should be based on seniority in the Judiciary."
