    "content": "unexplained deaths under circumstances that are not clear. We have had cases where people have been killed and the police are suspects. Or even sometimes, police themselves kill and claim to have done so in self-defence or the suspect was a dangerous criminal and so on and so forth. They go ahead to investigate those deaths. Obviously, if I were involved and acted in a manner that would cause problems for me, I would have to cover up. This is natural even for you. This is natural. Therefore, the decision to bring about this Bill to establish the coroners service is laudable."
